Care and Support Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care and Support Practitioner to join our dedicated team at Hill View Care Home in Clydebank. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to make a real difference in the lives of our Residents, providing person-centred care that exceeds their expectations.
About Us
Hill View Care Home is a purpose-built care home located in the historic town of Clydebank, overlooking the River Clyde. Our Home offers a unique and supportive environment for our Residents, with a focus on delivering exceptional care that promotes independence and dignity.
This role will involve working closely with Residents and their families to deliver tailored care plans that meet their individual needs. You will be responsible for supporting Residents with all aspects of personal care, including bathing, dressing, and mobility. In addition, you will contribute to the maintenance of a safe and clean living environment.
The Ideal Candidate
- Able to demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering person-centred care
- Experience of working in a care setting, ideally with older adults or individuals with disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work flexibly as part of a dynamic team
