About the Job

This Support Practitioner role is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in care and make a positive impact on the lives of others. Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users and colleagues.
  • A calm and patient approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care in a pressurized environment.
Salary and Benefits
  • A salary of £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Opportunities for ongoing training and development, including the completion of an SVQ qualification.
  • A comprehensive induction program and regular supervision to ensure you feel supported in your role.
