About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Support Practitioner to join our team in Clydebank. This is an exciting opportunity to work with individuals with learning disabilities, providing tailored care and support to enable them to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing daily support and assistance with personal care, household chores, and meal preparation.
  • Accompanying service users on outings and activities, promoting social interaction and community engagement.
  • Working collaboratively with the team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Requirements
  • A caring and compassionate attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • The ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our service users.
  • A full UK driving license and minimum one year's driving experience, as mobility cars are used for transportation.

  • A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
