Primary Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with clinicians to deliver outstanding patient care and outcomes.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, fostering trust and loyalty.
  3. Utilise our internal system (Software of Excellence) to track patient records and ensure data accuracy.
  4. Coordinate the surgery setup, streamlining operations and enhancing productivity.
  5. Identify patient needs, procuring necessary materials and equipment.
  6. Manage stock levels to prevent shortages and ensure efficient inventory management.
  7. Provide administrative support, handling phone calls, scheduling, and payment processing.

  • Demonstrated expertise in Private / NHS dental settings.
