We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in Clydebank. As a key member of our retail division, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring excellent store presentation.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- To manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff management, stock control, and customer service.
- To lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience.
- To maintain a high standard of store presentation, including visual merchandising and window displays.
- To implement promotions and initiatives as directed by Head Office or Area Business Manager.
- To ensure accurate stock levels, inventory control, and cash handling procedures.
- To provide training, development, and work reviews for paid staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- To create an organized and pleasant working environment for staff and volunteers.
Requirements:
- Able to deliver excellent customer service.
- Experience of managing people and teams.
- Ability to liaise and respond to various stakeholders from different backgrounds.
- Basic IT skills.
- Proven track record of meeting targets and KPIs.

- An estimated salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
