About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in Clydebank. As a key member of our retail division, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring excellent store presentation.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff management, stock control, and customer service.
  • To lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience.
  • To maintain a high standard of store presentation, including visual merchandising and window displays.
  • To implement promotions and initiatives as directed by Head Office or Area Business Manager.
  • To ensure accurate stock levels, inventory control, and cash handling procedures.
  • To provide training, development, and work reviews for paid staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • To create an organized and pleasant working environment for staff and volunteers.

Requirements:

  • Able to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Experience of managing people and teams.
  • Ability to liaise and respond to various stakeholders from different backgrounds.
  • Basic IT skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting targets and KPIs.
