Financial Leadership Position

We are seeking an accomplished Financial Leader to oversee the day-to-day finance operations and provide strategic financial guidance to senior management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams and driving business growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead a team of accountants and manage the finance function.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
- Prepare and present financial information to senior managers and stakeholders.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Fully qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ICAS) or QBE with extensive experience in finance leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior management and stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience in direct management is preferred.
The salary estimate for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
