We are a leading residential conference venue in Scotland, dedicated to delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
About the Role:- Oversee kitchen operations to maintain high culinary standards, ensuring consistent quality in food preparation and presentation.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with high-volume food production, using fresh ingredients to prepare a wide variety of dishes.
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. Previous experience in a similar hotel environment or a desire to advance to this position would be beneficial.
