Job Title: Culinary Team Leader

About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled Culinary Team Leader to join our award-winning kitchen team at the Golden Jubilee Conference Hotel. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality culinary experiences for our conference delegates and hotel guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, maintaining standards of food preparation and presentation.
  2. Supervise a team of chefs, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
  3. Prepare and cook food to a high standard, utilizing fresh ingredients and adhering to menu specifications.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve high-volume production while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience working in a similar hotel environment or a commercial kitchen setting.
  • A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
What We Offer

NHS National Services Scotland offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including a pension scheme, paid leave, and training opportunities.
