We are a leading residential conference venue in Scotland, dedicated to providing exceptional culinary experiences.

About the Role:
  1. Oversee kitchen sections to maintain high culinary standards and ensure consistent quality in food preparation and presentation.
  2. Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes using fresh ingredients, working in a fast-paced environment with high-volume food production.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual seeking a challenging role in a dynamic kitchen team. Previous experience in a similar hotel environment or a desire to advance to this position would be beneficial.

Key Requirements:
