Job Description

We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to work as part of the Catering Team within the NHS National Services Scotland.

The post holder will be responsible for:

  1. Preparation and cooking of food, ensuring high-quality standards at all times.
  2. Maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen environment, adhering to Health and Safety regulations.
  3. Holding an up-to-date Food Hygiene certificate, demonstrating commitment to customer safety.
  4. Familiarity with Policies and Procedures, Food Fluid and Nutrition Standards, closely monitored by Team Leaders.

Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively as part of a team with minimal supervision.
