At NHS Scotland, we are committed to providing high-quality care to our patients. As a Senior Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that the highest possible professional nursing standards are set and maintained. This includes overseeing the delivery of efficient and effective housekeeping and catering services to patients.

You will be a member of the Senior Management Team, led by the Chief Executive, and will take an active part in ensuring the Hospice remains at the forefront of palliative care providers. The successful candidate will also act as the nominated person to ensure compliance with the National Care Standards for the Hospice Care set by NHS Quality Improvement Scotland.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership, direction, and support to the nursing workforce.
  • Ensure the highest possible professional nursing standards are set and maintained.
  • Oversee the delivery of housekeeping and catering services.
  • Be a member of the Senior Management Team and contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with National Care Standards.
