Palliative Care Lead Nurse

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement nursing programmes, ensuring high standards of care and safety.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with clinical experience in general or acute medical wards or oncology settings.
- Competent in venepuncture, cannulation, IV drug administration, and care of venous devices.
- Ability to lead and manage a team, exercising positive leadership and achieving a high standard of care delivery.
The salary for this position is estimated at £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
