Dedicated Care Professionals Leader

A leading provider of elderly and dementia care services is seeking an exceptional Nursing Home Manager to lead their team of dedicated care professionals in the Glasgow area.
About the RoleThis is a permanent full-time contract, working 40 hours on day shifts. The annual salary for this role is £52,500, which reflects the successful candidate's experience and qualifications.
The successful candidate will have previous home manager experience, an NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN, Registered Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Registered Learning Disability Nurse/RNLD qualification, and a good understanding of clinical knowledge.
As a Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for providing outstanding care and managing the commercial aspects of running a successful nursing home. You will need to lead, develop, and motivate your team, and have excellent communication, organisational, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
What We're Looking For- NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN, Registered Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Registered Learning Disability Nurse/RNLD qualification
- Previous home manager experience
- Good clinical knowledge and understanding
- Able to lead, develop, and motivate a team
- Excellent communication, organisational, interpersonal, and time-management skills
