Job Description
  • Deliver exceptional care to Residents, supporting them with all aspects of personal care, including feeding, toileting, and bathing.
  • Work closely with Residents and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences.
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in healthcare or social care (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience working in a care setting, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays.
