Job Description: As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care and support to our residents. Your responsibilities will include respecting residents' dignity and privacy, providing support with daily living tasks, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care and support to our residents.

Requirements: We are seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support. You will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to maintain confidentiality. A salary of £22,000-£25,000 per annum is offered for this position.
