Home Care Scheduler

We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Home Care Scheduler to join our team at Home Instead Senior Care. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless delivery of our home care services.
You will be responsible for scheduling shifts, coordinating with care professionals, and managing client relationships. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our clients and their families.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a self-motivated and flexible individual who is able to work independently. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional care and support, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule shifts for care professionals
- Coordinate with clients and their families
- Add annual leave and manage shift swaps
- Answer phone calls and perform general administrative tasks
- Participate in on-call duties
Requirements:
- No qualifications required, full training provided
- Experience in a similar role preferred
Working Conditions:
- Based in office in Clydebank, Monday-Friday
- 25 hour week with potential to move to full-time hours
Pay: £60 per hour
The estimated salary for this role is approximately £15,000 - £18,000 per annum, depending on experience.
