We are looking for an experienced Adult Care Professional to join our team at Hill View Care Home in Clydebank. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care that enhances the lives of our Residents.

About Us

Hill View Care Home is a charming care home located in the heart of Clydebank, offering a warm and welcoming environment for our Residents. Our Home is staffed by a dedicated team of carers who are passionate about delivering exceptional care that promotes independence and dignity.

This role will involve working closely with Residents and their families to develop and implement tailored care plans that meet their individual needs. You will be responsible for supporting Residents with all aspects of personal care, including bathing, dressing, and mobility. In addition, you will contribute to the maintenance of a safe and clean living environment.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Able to demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering person-centred care
  • Experience of working in a care setting, ideally with older adults or individuals with disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work flexibly as part of a dynamic team
