About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Part-Time Receptionist to join our team at Wise Employment Group. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area.

This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team, working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. You will be responsible for managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, scheduling appointments and meetings, and performing general administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a legal or professional services environment, and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will also have strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy.
  2. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to appropriate staff members.
  3. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
  4. Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  5. Assist with client intake and processing legal documents.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Salary: £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus an excellent benefits package, including healthcare assistance, holidays, pension, and discretionary bonus.
