Job Description: As a Family Ministry Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing effective family and youth ministry strategies within our partnership of Anglican parishes. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with local families and young people, building relationships and providing guidance, support, and resources to help them grow in their faith. You will also collaborate with other team members to plan and deliver programs, events, and activities that promote spiritual growth, community engagement, and social well-being. In addition, you will work closely with schools and other local organizations to identify opportunities for ministry and develop partnerships that advance our shared goals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about serving families and young people, and who is committed to working collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement family and youth ministry strategies
  • Engage with local families and young people, building relationships and providing guidance and support
  • Collaborate with other team members to plan and deliver programs, events, and activities
  • Work closely with schools and other local organizations to identify opportunities for ministry and develop partnerships

Requirements:
  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., theology, education, youth work)
  • Experience in family and youth ministry or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Enhanced DBS check

Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits.
