Job Title: Male Support Partner
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Male Support Partner. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in supporting a 19-year-old young man with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to achieve his goals and live an independent life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the individual in developing life skills, including daily living tasks, budgeting, and time management.
- Accompany the individual to community activities, such as walks and online gaming sessions.
- Provide a positive approach to life, focusing on building confidence and self-esteem.
Requirements:
- A car driver's license is essential for this role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with the individual and other stakeholders.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
