About the Role

The Electronic Monitoring Support Officer plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of the electronic tagging service. This role involves partnering with the electronic monitor tagging team, assisting in device installation and upkeep, and collaborating with team members for effective communication and seamless operations.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the electronic tagging team to complete daily tasks
  • Support the installation and maintenance of electronic monitoring devices
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and open communication
  • Provide exceptional customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring
Requirements and Benefits
  • Must possess BPSS clearance (handled by Adecco) and DBS clearance or be willing to obtain it
  • Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • An estimated salary range of £27,000-£30,000 per annum, based on 37.5 hours per week, depending on experience
