Job Description

This Electronic Monitoring Support Officer role offers an exciting opportunity to join Adecco UK Limited's electronic tagging service team. As a key member of the team, you will provide invaluable support in various aspects of electronic monitoring, including device installation, upkeep, and customer service.

Key Tasks
  • Support the electronic tagging team in completing their daily tasks
  • Contribute to the installation and maintenance of electronic monitoring devices
  • Enhance collaboration among team members to achieve efficient workflow and open communication
  • Provide excellent customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • BPSS clearance (handled by Adecco) and DBS clearance or willingness to obtain it
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capacity to work effectively independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Expected annual salary: £27,000-£30,000 based on 37.5 hours per week, depending on experience
