About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Advisor to join our team at PECO (Pritchard Patent Product Co Ltd). As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through exceptional customer service, processing trade orders from initial contact to final invoicing and despatch.

You will work closely with the Field Sales team to identify and action sales opportunities, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with new trade customers, while maintaining existing partnerships.

  • Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets by managing and updating our CRM system, tracking leads, and adhering to daily tasks and processes.
  • Customer Service: Deliver first-class support to customers in a professional and friendly manner, providing high-level service through close collaboration with sales, finance, and production departments.
  • Product Promotion: Promote PECO products and services to generate sales opportunities, highlighting the benefits and value proposition to customers.
  • Administration: Provide general administration services to sales and finished goods teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft suite, Excel, and ERP is essential. A polite and confident telephone manner is also required.

Salary: The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus benefits including 25 days holiday, company pension, life assurance, Cycle To Work scheme, subsidised canteen, free car parking, discretionary company sick pay, and staff discount in model and souvenir shop.
