We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Engineer to join our 24x7 operations team. As a 2nd/3rd line IT support professional, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Incident Management: Respond to and resolve complex incidents, providing efficient and timely solutions to maintain high service levels.
  • Patch Management: Regularly test and patch systems and software to ensure security and functionality.
  • Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Continuously monitor and troubleshoot IT systems to prevent and resolve issues.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems and processes.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders to ensure seamless IT operations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance IT services.

As a successful candidate, you will have extensive experience in commercial IT support, covering 2nd line and 3rd line duties. You will be familiar with technologies such as Windows 10/11, Office 365, Windows Server 2016 to 2022, Active Directory Administration, VMware Horizon, ESXi & vSphere, Enterprise Cloud Platforms, Mobile Device Management Solutions, Software/Hardware Infrastructure Patching, End User Hardware, Enterprise Backup Solutions, Anti-Virus Solutions, and Networking Fundamentals.
