Service Manager for Complex Care

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Service Manager to join our team at Aspirations Care Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the people we support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest standard of care is provided.
- Implement and develop person-centred care plans in collaboration with the people supported.
- Promote a positive and supportive work environment for staff and demonstrate effective communication, leadership, and management skills.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and standards of care.
Requirements
- Previous experience of advocating for people supported and their individual needs.
- Previous experience of managing difficult situations at work between colleagues.
- Level 4 QCF/Diploma in health and social care or prepared to work towards.
- Minimum of 3 years' leadership experience in a care setting supporting people with learning disabilities.
