We are seeking an experienced Director of Complex Care Provision to oversee our Supported Living Services in Stoke on Trent. As a seasoned leader, you will drive excellence in care delivery, staff development, and operational efficiency.

The Opportunity


This is a pivotal role that requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing multiple supported living sites. Your innovative approach and leadership skills will ensure our services consistently exceed regulatory standards while enriching the lives of those you support.


Responsibilities


As Director of Complex Care Provision, you will be responsible for:



  • Oversight of multiple supported living sites
  • Driving excellence in care delivery, staff development, and operational efficiency
  • Developing and implementing strategies to meet the complex needs of our service users
  • Fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, including families, carers, and healthcare professionals
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on key performance indicators

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in supporting adults with complex learning disabilities, Autism, and Positive Behaviour Plans
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
