Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Leader - RMN to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Clinical Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership to our nursing team and ensuring the provision of high-quality, individualized care to our patients.

Main Duties

  • Providing clinical leadership to the nursing team and ensuring the provision of high-quality, individualized care to patients.
  • Ensuring the effective supervision and development of staff.
  • Working as a key member of the team to support patients in achieving their planned outcomes.
  • Leading the assessment, implementation, and discharge of patients.
  • Taking charge of the clinical area and ensuring a safe and effective environment.
  • Developing and maintaining communication with patients, relatives, families, and carers.
  • Adopting a flexible approach to hours of duty to meet the needs of the service.
