About the Role
As a member of the Ramsay Health Care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in our wards. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our clinical team as a Healthcare Assistant - Wards.
Key Responsibilities
- Working as part of the wider clinical team to provide efficient and individualized patient care
- Developing strong communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Participating in the implementation of Ramsay's policies and procedures to ensure the best possible clinical outcomes for patients
- Contributing to a culture of patient-centered care and the Ramsay Way
Requirements
- NVQ level 2 or 3 or equivalent experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations
- Competent computer skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
