We're looking for a Clinical Team Leader - RMN to join our team at Ivetsey Bank in Stafford.

Ivetsey Bank Hospital is a Tier 4 Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS) hospital for young people aged 12-18 with a diagnosed mental health condition. Our goal is to help every person we support feel safe, happy and empowered, enabling them to live the best life possible.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership to the nursing team and ensure high-quality individualised person-centred standards of care are delivered to all patients.
  • Ensure effective supervision and development of staff.
  • Work as a key member of the team, supporting each patient with achieving their planned outcomes.
  • Act as the lead nurse in the assessment, implementation of care through to point of discharge.
  • Take charge of the clinical area.
  • Take a lead on developing and maintaining communication with patients' relatives, families and carers.
  • Adept a flexible approach to hours of duty, in order to meet the needs of the service over a 24 hour period.
  • Work according to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.

Requirements:

  • A current NMC Pin registration.
  • A legal right to work in the U.K.
