About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Intensive Support Worker to join our dedicated team in Stafford. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to individuals with challenging behaviour, promoting their independence and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist individuals to improve their knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Offer stimulation and motivation through conversation and social activity.
  • Assist with meal preparation, cooking, and cleaning.
  • Book and attend healthcare appointments with individuals.
  • Report any safeguarding concerns to the management team.
  • Maintain records by keeping care plans and risk assessments up to date.
  • Improve the quality of life for individuals we support.
