Health Your Way is seeking a reliable and flexible Caregiver Support Specialist to join our team in supporting a young man with a spinal injury.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living tasks and social activities both at home and out in the community.
  • Work collaboratively with the individual's partner and care team to ensure a high level of support and care.
  • Provide assistance with personal care, mobility, and other needs as required.

Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to use own vehicle for work-related tasks.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £14.23, subject to experience and completion of training.
  • A pension scheme and 5.6 weeks' annual leave pro rata.
  • Full certificated training on all aspects of the role.

Role Details:

  • Hours available: 24 or 36 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours.
  • Shift patterns: 8.00pm - 8.00am or 8.00am - 8.00pm.
