Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiver to join our team at Health Your Way. The successful candidate will provide personal care and support to a family member with chronic systematic arthritis and is wheelchair bound.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and medication management
  • Support with household chores and maintaining a safe and clean living environment
  • Accompany the individual to hospital appointments and social events
  • Provide emotional support and companionship

Requirements

  • Experience working with individuals with chronic illnesses or disabilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle
