We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Guest Experience Supervisor at Delta by Marriott Cheltenham Chase hotel.

About the Role

As a Guest Experience Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue through upselling and promoting our services, and maintaining a high standard of quality in our food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • Drive revenue through upselling and promoting our services
  • Maintain a high standard of quality in food and beverage operations
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food and beverage department
  • Ability to work in a professional, efficient, and high-quality service-oriented operation
  • Good knowledge of wines and spirits
  • Excellent team motivator and team builder
