Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead Adult Care Assessor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the performance of candidates in accordance with published assessment and grading criteria and procedures, ensuring overall standards are maintained. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of adult care and ensuring that our learners receive the highest quality education and support.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess the performance of candidates in accordance with published assessment and grading criteria and procedures
- Develop and implement a values-based culture at a service or unit level
- Manage community or residential based services, ensuring regulatory compliance of the care given and the values and training of staff

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience of leading meetings/structured interviews/discussions, complying with quality assurance/regulatory requirements and maintaining a commitment to CPD. A minimum of two working days during the week will be required for this role. It is essential that only UK-based candidates apply due to specific requirements.

What We Offer
The salary for this position is estimated at £40,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Lead Adult Care Assessor, you will have access to regular training and development opportunities, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including pension scheme, health insurance and annual leave.
