Adult Care Workforce Assessment Expertise:
">The ideal candidate for this End Point Assessor role will have expertise in assessing Adult Care Workers and Lead Adult Care Workers. As part of our team at Pearson, you will play a crucial role in evaluating the knowledge, skills, and behavior of candidates throughout their apprenticeship. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • PARTICIPATE IN REGULAR TRAINING AND STANDARDISATION ACTIVITIES TO ENSURE HIGH-QUALITY ASSESSMENTS ARE CONDUCTED.
  • Maintain and provide evidence of ongoing CPD to stay updated on industry developments and best practices.
  • Evaluate candidate performance against published assessment and grading criteria while adhering to Pearson's specifications and quality assurance protocols.
  • Ensure all service-level agreements are met and promptly report any risks or issues encountered during assessments.
  • Deliver high-quality EPA reports and assessment evidence that meet the expected standards.
  • You must possess a relevant health and social care qualification at or above the level being assessed and experience in complying with quality assurance/regulatory requirements.
  • A minimum of two working days per week is required for this role, which demands sufficient technical knowledge of the adult care sector and the roles of the lead adult care worker and adult care worker.
  • You should be able to assess and report risks effectively.
