Healthcare Support Worker End Point Assessor

Pearson is seeking an experienced Healthcare Support Worker End Point Assessor to join our team. As an End Point Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting holistic assessments of apprentices to ensure they meet the rigorous standards set by employers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-point assessments to evaluate the knowledge, skills, and behaviour of apprentices.
- Evaluate evidence and make grading decisions in accordance with the assessment plan and criteria.
- Record and submit assessment outcomes with clear justifications for grading decisions.
- Meet with employers to discuss assessment planning and operational activities.
Requirements:
- Be occupationally competent in the role of a Healthcare Support Worker.
- Hold a current NMC pin number.
- Have experience working in a healthcare setting within the last 2 years.
- Hold a formal assessor qualification (A1, Assessor Component to TAQA, etc.).
- Have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
