Salary and Benefits
We offer an estimated salary range of £23,143 - £27,668 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour, premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour, and access to our Wagestream programme.
Job Description
As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in leading our residential service in Willesden. You will be responsible for allocating shifts, booking training, inducting new colleagues, supporting with supervision's, ordering medication, and ensuring the people we support are supported to manage their finances.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience as a Senior Support Worker and a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care. You should also possess experience working with individuals with autism, mental health needs, and challenging behaviours.
