Role Description
Pearson is seeking an experienced Lead Adult Care Assessor to join our team. As a Lead Adult Care Assessor, you will be responsible for assessing the performance of candidates in accordance with published assessment and grading criteria and procedures, ensuring overall standards are maintained. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing a values-based culture at a service or unit level, managing community or residential based services and ensuring regulatory compliance of the care given and the values and training of staff.

About the Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience of leading meetings/structured interviews/discussions, complying with quality assurance/regulatory requirements and maintaining a commitment to CPD. A minimum of two working days during the week will be required for this role. It is essential that only UK-based candidates apply due to specific requirements.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is estimated at £40,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Lead Adult Care Assessor, you will have access to regular training and development opportunities, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including pension scheme, health insurance and annual leave.
