Our client, Oakleaf Partnership, is seeking an experienced Compensation Specialist to support the delivery of their compensation and benefits strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and excellent Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Head of Reward on cyclical reward processes, including annual salary and bonus review.
  • Lead benefits renewals, implementations of changes, and introduction of new benefits.
  • Own bonus calculations, communication of bonuses, and bonus reporting.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Reward on various reward projects, including salary surveys and benefits surveys. Experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to both compensation and benefits, is essential.

Salary: £65,000 plus car allowance and bonus.
