Job Title: Compensation Specialist - Temp to Perm

Location: Hybrid working, based in The City, London.

Salary: £44,000 p/a equivalent

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled Compensation Specialist to join our team on a temp to perm basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support across the payroll process, overseeing any changes and informing external providers of amendments.
  2. Updating any payroll changes including leavers and other documentation, ensuring the HRIS is updated.
  3. Involvement in numerous HR projects across the UK and Europe.
  4. Reporting on HR data and metrics, presenting to necessary stakeholders.
  5. Process Improvement: Continual review of processes and policies to ensure they are in line with best practice and Employment Law.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience overseeing payroll processes as part of an HR team.
  • Data-driven and systems savvy - act as a systems champion for the team.
