About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced RN to lead shifts, mentor student nurses, and contribute to patient assessments and care plans. Your key responsibilities will include providing a high standard of care, developing effective communication skills, and making fine-tuned decisions to optimise patient outcomes.
We offer an excellent annual salary of £36,176 - £38,596 per annum DOE, plus a £5,000 Welcome Bonus. Our comprehensive benefits package includes NMC payment, enhanced maternity pay, access to professional qualifications, and relocation support (T&Cs Apply).
Requirements- Qualified as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a current active NMC Pin
- Knowledge of the Mental Health Act
