Job Description

This role involves supporting the team's client account operations through data analysis, marketplace insights, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring that data-informed decisions are consistently integrated into team workflows, focusing on areas such as inventory management, pricing adjustments, reporting, and competitor analysis.

The successful candidate will work closely with the sales director and sales manager to maintain efficient inventory management and identify pricing adjustments as needed. This includes managing outreach and industry lists, ensuring data accuracy through regular audits, and leading on smaller accounts, particularly tour-focused reporting.

Key responsibilities include preparing weekly and monthly reporting with a focus on data-driven insight, assisting with meeting preparation, and representing key information to internal stakeholders when account leads are unavailable. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for providing content for agency communication outlets such as newsletters, website, and social media tools.
