We are excited to partner with a worldwide entertainment brand to find a skilled CRM and Data-Driven Email Executive who can help deliver critical objectives through various data-driven email communication projects. As a key member of the team, you will support the CRM Manager in maintaining essential eCRM projects and automated email campaigns.

The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in managing data-driven email/CRM marketing projects in a large-scale, multi-national environment. They will be responsible for ensuring timely updates and enhancements to existing triggered email programmes, as well as coordinating with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure all triggers meet brand guidelines.

The estimated daily rate for this position is £200-£250, which corresponds to an annual salary of around £40,000-£50,000, based on a 4-day workweek. To excel in this role, you will need expertise in delivering complex email campaigns using platforms like Salesforce, familiarity with digital tools such as JIRA or Smartsheet, and exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development: Develop, plan, and manage new email triggers, including copywriting, image sourcing, and trigger logic to create engaging, relevant campaigns.
