About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at In Kehna, providing high-quality mental health services to our patients. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based care, conducting intake assessments, risk assessments, crisis intervention, case formulation, and medication management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, including medication management and crisis intervention
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments
Requirements
  • Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse in Australia with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Credentialed with the Australian College of Mental Health Nurses (ACMHN) or minimum qualification of Graduate Diploma Mental Health Nursing
  • Minimum of 2 years full-time (or part-time equivalent) Post Graduate experience in mental health in a primary health or specialist mental health setting
  • Knowledge of relevant State/Territory policies and procedures and national standards governing mental health practice
