Job Description

We are seeking a highly ambitious and experienced Sponsorship Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sponsorship Sales Manager, you will work across a portfolio of international industry-leading events, consulting with senior-level professionals who represent solution providers of all sizes to provide them with the best opportunity to reach their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Using consultative sales methodologies to understand the challenges an organization is facing and the objectives they aim to meet, you will create bespoke proposals for an organization's involvement as a sponsor of one or more of our leading B2B Exchange conferences.
  • You will work with highly ambitious individuals who are keen to make a positive impact on their sales skills development and earning potential.
  • You will be responsible for net new logo acquisition and consistently going above and beyond to deliver for your clients.
  • You will have uncapped earning potential, offering a competitive basic salary and uncapped commission.
  • You will receive training and upskilling opportunities, including weekly/monthly sessions across the entire company.
  • You will have opportunities for career progression, including our Management Development Programme (MDP) for aspiring leaders.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of sales experience, ideally from technology, event, or advertising sales.
  • Experience within a business-to-business (B2B) sales environment.
  • Business acumen and a strong commercial awareness.
