Account Director

At Media Assembly, we're on a mission to help brands drive business growth through innovative marketing solutions. As an Account Director, you'll play a key role in delivering results-driven campaigns that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve client objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers and affiliate networks.
- Audit affiliate websites and promotional methods to ensure compliance with client program terms.
- Update creative assets, offers, and promotions on behalf of clients.
- Research seasonal trends and geo-market insights to inform campaign strategies.
- Collaborate with affiliate networks and affiliates to create exposure plans for client campaigns.
- Monitor and report affiliate promotions to clients.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working directly on affiliate campaigns, either client, network, or agency side.
- Organized and efficient approach to work, with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interpret client briefs and clearly communicate partnership details with partners and publishers.
