Job Title: Account Director
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to join our team at Dewynters. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of clients and working closely with the Deputy and Head of Account Management to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an account director with senior responsibility for a combination of musicals, plays and other live events / projects.
- Senior planning and strategy, working in collaboration with members of the other departments.
- Remain sufficiently informed and personally involved with the running of accounts, ensuring competent and creative planning, the highest quality of service and a strong client / agency relationship.
- Continual proactivity on campaigns; developing initiatives and ideas in collaboration with other members of the account team to provide clients with exciting, innovative and results-driven campaigns.
- Ultimate responsibility for campaign budgets, billing and delivering a profitable service.
- Promote the expansion of business with existing clients and generating new business leads within the industry.
- Ensure pitches are effectively planned and staffed with clear management of timelines and expectations, working collaboratively across the agency to deliver this.
- Provide account team leadership, ensuring effective communication with all members of the account team.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of the entertainment industry and experience working with clients in this sector.
