Account Director Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Account Director to join our team at Membership Bespoke, a leading recruitment firm specializing in membership-focused recruitment solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, securing renewals, and growing the value secured from these accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement bespoke plans to maximize engagement and deliver value to identified accounts.
  2. Work closely with the Commercial Director to define the business benefits members derive from engagement and how we support their objectives.
  3. Build relationships at various levels within accounts, focusing on internal account managers and senior executives.
  4. Ensure all data and insights are effectively gathered and recorded in the CRM.
  5. Act as a champion for the portfolio of accounts internally and with key stakeholders, ensuring that member interests are well represented.
Requirements:
  1. Proven expertise in an account management role, ideally in financial services and/or trade body organizations.
  2. Commercial focus – proven experience of growing accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
  3. CRM experience.
  4. Good relationship building and interpersonal skills, working within the highest levels of Financial Services.
