Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Director to join our team at 10Pearls, LLC. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for growing revenues in new and existing clients by positioning our services and capabilities to solve their operational technology challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute client account plans to drive revenue growth.
  2. Manage the entire Lead to Contract to Invoice and Contract Renewal processes.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, from operational management to C-level decision-makers and buyers.
  4. Conduct competitor assessments as part of client account planning and opportunity management.
  5. Collaborate with clients to develop compelling business cases for our programs and managed services.
  6. Provide accurate sales, revenue, cash, and margin forecasting for client accounts.
  7. Grow and manage a portfolio of client accounts, achieving revenues of circa £2m to £5m.

Requirements

  1. Educated to degree level or equivalent professional experience.
  2. Minimum of 3 years' experience selling professional services into high technology environments.
  3. Candidates must have an existing right to live and work in the UK.
