Major Account Director

Harrison Scott Associates is seeking a highly skilled Major Account Director to manage one of their largest and most prestigious accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience working with banking or financial institutions and be able to develop trusting relationships with key decision makers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Strengthen the client relationship through proactive account directorship
  • Maintain client satisfaction to an agreed target
  • Actively seek to increase the services offered and increase income generated
  • Develop processes to accurately forecast upcoming workloads
  • Continually strengthen and forge excellent client relationships with each decision maker through proactive directorship and communication
  • Employ excellent listening and probing questioning skills to fully understand the client and their industry sector
  • Understand the client's products, services, and marketing objectives
  • Ensure the client receives timely, high-quality reporting
  • Promote professionalism through manner, appearance, and delivery while always keeping promises
